https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/results.php?userid=274398

1.2)And for Task 187870511, last night when I shut down computer it only finish around 60%, this morning, after boot my comptuer one hour, it finished, is this normal?

2) What does "stderr out" mean in Task details?

Cheers

Hi droople

1.1
The credit system is explained here:
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=2194
Basically there's some natural variation depending on the number of models (decoys) produced within your task, which is dependent on how quick your computer is and on the specifics of that task.

Here's a description of how the credit system works:
https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=4226&nowrap=true#54889

1.2
see https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/forum_thread.php?id=4331&nowrap=true#55266

2
stderr out is a log file in the BOINC (or BOINCData in the 6.x boinc versions).

Thanks for your help.

Does this mean I can get higher RAC by shutdown BOINC after WU finish around 60% and restart it, and upload it, get full credit?

Cheers

no - credit is per decoy (model) and there can be numerous decoys within a task. If it runs for 2hrs it might do 3 decoys and if it ran for another 2hrs it might do 6 decoys (or quite possibly more or less).
