They are running against different proteins, and (I'm not so positive about this part) I think they are using the same approach to solve the structure of the two proteins.

One is studying
2icpA
and the other is studying
1u5zA

...and these two proteins could be rather dramatically different size and models for each could take dramatically different runtime. This is why I always have to word carefully when I talk about credit calculations. The time per model of these two tasks should not be compared, and is not averaged in the calculation of credit per model. Each is averaged on it's own.
