blue screen from rosetta

The offending process is "PROCESS_NAME: rosetta_beta_5.". It makes a subsystem call which causes the system to change DRVPOWERSTATE_SUBCODE which it fails ... any advice on driver updates needed? I had one system Blue Screen on me several times. I suspended BOINC and reduced the over-clock on the machine to standard. No more BSOD.
