Doesn't look very remarkable to me. For personal top scores you're better off looking at this page https://boinc.bakerlab.org/rosetta/rah_results.php?UserID=506 score is really only relevant when comparing models of a given protein to others of that same protein. But the RMSD figure indicates the model is very close to the native structure. Note how the other results for the user all have RMSDs over 1, and how the best that anyone found for those other proteins was .8 or .9. So .2 is awesome (and a zero would be a perfect match to the native structure). Rosetta Moderator: Mod.Sense |
